About the Work
Hearts on Fire is an approximately 35-minute contemporary dance-theatre work set to the emotionally charged music of Beth Hart.
Blending powerful physicality with intimate storytelling, the production explores the many forms love takes—passion, vulnerability, obsession, betrayal, forgiveness, resilience, and healing. Rather than telling one couple’s story, Hearts on Fire follows an ensemble of interconnected characters whose relationships continuously shift and evolve, creating an immersive emotional journey that reflects the many ways we experience love throughout our lives.
Through cinematic staging, theatrical lighting, spoken text, and emotionally driven choreography, the work transforms the performance space into an intimate landscape where audiences experience the intensity of human connection from only a few feet away..
